Actually this restaurant was disappointing. Calamari was tough, maybe it hung out under a heat lamp? Which would be shameful. Veal was thick, it needed to be pounded thin. Boring sauce. Simple recipes that need attention. Our entrees took a long time after the appetizer. The staff was nice and water refills plenty. This could easily be a nicer restaurant with some quality control produce a a better meal.

We were very excited to try this restaurant as we have driven by it so many times and it looked nice. We live in the desert and eat out about 3-4 times a week. Our expectations are simply good food and good service. This restaurant was a complete disappointment. The service was terrible. We will never go back.

I was disappointed that they were out of eggplant Parmesan, but the chicken piccata was delicious.

This popular place with locals and Italian-food-lovers alike was popping when we arrived at what we thought was an early hour, but now we know why the timeslots for dining were limited. Locally own and operated, we felt like we had been transported back into Old World Italy. Every menu item was true to an original recipe, and the service and attention was excellent. Highly recommend if you are looking for a authentic experience in a lively, Italian bistro.
