If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions. It’s where you create them.

    Wonderful experience. My daughter wanted to go there for her birthday and they delivered. Table had a card and confetti for her birthday. Also at the end of dinner the server surprised her with a small dessert. Perfect evening. Thank you.

    Baldamar is hands down my go-to restaurant. The service is terrific…& the food wonderful ( my son is a chef in a notable restaurant- he specializes in meats) so I’m not easy to please. I started coming way back when they first opened & have referred multiple people there. Their quality in food & service is consistently top drawer. Not inexpensive, but you get your money’s worth in so many ways including convenience, no parking fees & plenty of spots.

    The area was experiencing a gas outage so we were not able to access the full menu, which was disappointing! HOWEVER, our server, Mikayla, and various managers who stopped by our table, made the evening very special for us! Will definitely return here again!

    This place is overrated and over priced. The food is decent but not surprisingly good. Our lunch sandwiches are good but the fries are way too oily (almost disgusting). The portion of dessert is huge and overly sweet. That said, the banana cheesecake is rememberable. Overall is a decent experience. Considering there is not many good restaurants around Roseville area, I will still go back Baldamar for special occasions.

    Every single employee was smiling and happy to help. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. The table was decorated for my birthday (noted in the reservation). Our food came out fast, hot, and tasted delicious! Some items are pricey, but they are worth it. We made a reservation for my sister's birthday in February and my belly is excited to go back!

    It was great except our table was really small, barely had any room for our drinks, plates, appetizers and menus.

    Food and service were outstanding! Especially the “bread of life”! And brussels sprouts! The salted caramel ice cream was rich and heavenly!
