If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions. It’s where you create them.

    Drinks, apps, and steak were all delicious. Our server Nate took great care of us. Sadly, they were out of their signature chocolate cake, so we'll have to go back for it.

    The service was excellent. The food tasted very well and beautifully presented. Was a little noisy but we sat in a booth by the bar. Would highly recommend.

    I can't say enough great things about this restaurant and brunch experience. My server Rebecca was phenomenal, she was friendly and we received top tier service from her . The food was extremely delicious. The ambiance was great. Best brunch ever .

    We had to wait a bit for our table. Our reservation was at 7 and we were able to get sat by 7:15. We didn’t mind at all considering how busy it was. The hosts, our server, the drinks, food, and overall experience were top tier. Happy to see this establishment thriving.

    Love the Baldamar. Steak was perfect. Always order the bread of life. Noise level is definitely above average. Our server was fantastic.

    Our meal was fabulous! Our server Joel was amazing! We felt well taken care of from the minute we walked in until walking out the door. We will definately be back and hopefully Joel will be our server!
