Ring in 2025 in style at Baltaire’s New Year’s Eve celebration. Enjoy a special four-course prix fixe menu for $195 per guest, plus a 20% service charge. In addition to our dining experience, we’re offering exclusive lounge packages for New Year’s Eve. Enjoy our first lounge seating from 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM with a $500 minimum spend, including a bottle of champagne and mezze. For the 9:00 PM seating through the countdown, enjoy a $1,000 minimum spend with a bottle of champagne and mezze. Our lounge reservations accommodate up to a party of 8.
