   Such a special evening from the start! As soon as we walked in the door, we were transported to a dining experience over the next two hours..not formal & stuffy but completely chill with its impeccable service and most amazing dishes. We’ll savor the memory of this and can’t wait to go back. TY Erin, Mike, and Tyler for being part of Waitsburg’s creative class—and soul!

   Our group of 4 tried everything, and it was amazing. Tagliarini al tartufo was the best thing I've ever had. A genuinely unique experience. We will be back!

   First time back after the reopening. Excellent food. Glass wine pour prices pretty steep. Attentive service.

   A superior meal! All dishes were creative and delicious. We particularly enjoyed the asparagus with grapefruit aioli. We were sad when our plate was empty! Superb cocktails and wine selection. The vibe is pure joy.

   Our experience at Bar Bacetto was amazing, from beginning to end! We all had so much fun, enjoyed every bite, and were stuffed the gills when we left. We cannot sing Bar Bacetto's praises enough!

   Incredible food, service and cocktails. We try to go every 2-3 months. Erin and Mike are delightful. Mike is an amazing chef, Erin is fun and knowledgeable and Tyler makes the best cocktails in Eastern Washington.

    We had a fantastic evening at Bar Bacetto! We were welcomed warmly and treated like family. The food was amazing! And we all left absolutely stuffed, because we couldn’t stop eating even though we were already full. Run, don’t walk, to eat at this place!!
