   Great night and great food. Having never been there before we asked our server to bring us her recommendations. While I wouldn’t normally choose all seafood, these choices were outstanding. Service was impeccable and kind. Will be back.

   We recently had dinner here and it happened to be during their happy hour and it was so good! We got a couple cocktails (the lavender haze I believe it is called is amazing) and a variety of snack, small and raw plates. They were all really good portion sizes and everything was delightful. Our favourite dishes were the Stracciatella, beef tartare and the milk buns. The service was really fast and the place itself is really cute. We will definitely be going back to try the rest of their menu.!

   Went back to Bar Chouette after a great experience with a group of girlfriends earlier in the week. As with our last visit, we loved that we had the option to try the YYC Exp option, combined with the regular menu. We tried some great cocktails during happy hour and added the oysters at 30% off too. We ended up doing the set menu + oysters and sea bass. The service was excellent and attentive. As far as food goes, the oysters were incredible. The salad was great, but they left off the anchovy, which after the first YYC EXP, I was curious to try again. The mains were both good, but not great. Their steak dish did not have the wow that I experienced on Tuesday. The fish had such a large blood line that we really had to cut around it. We still enjoyed the food, but I had hoped it would be as great as the first experience. The dessert was wonderful:)

   Would go back again! Food, drinks, and service were top-notch. Chefs were polite and engaging. The atmosphere was buzzing. Going on a busy night is recommended. =)

   Awesome meal! Service was exceptional. The flavours were out of this world. Drinks were also awesome. Great experience. Very much looking forward to coming back.

   We sat at the counter and enjoyed watching the food prep almost as much as we enjoyed the meal, which was very good with interesting, sometimes vibrant, flavours. We enjoyed a variety of different small plates as well as the steak frites. My only complaint, and it’s typical of many restaurants, was the noise level, although to be fair I’ve been in much noisier.

    Ordered the YYC Calgary fixed menu and glad we did - it was very very good. Wines by the glass particularly good. Highly recommend!
