   We stood by the host stand and were not even acknowledged for 30 minutes after our scheduled reservation time. Overall, we didn’t really have a server and they over all seemed woefully understaffed, so that’s probably a real management issue. They also didn’t have the food that specifically for the pre fixe menu which is the whole reason we went. Also the prices of the food and drinks were really worth it either. Overall, changes need to be made for staffing, because not being prepared on Valentine’s Day is not it.

   Nice, accommodating waitress. Good food. Prices for food are reasonable. Drinks are a bit expensive.

   We had a reservation at 5, half the group got our food at 6, the other half at 6:30. They were ‘out’ of water glasses & silverware so gave us disposable of both. Friends were cutting chicken with plastic knives. No napkins to be found anywhere so we had to get from the bathroom paper towel dispensers. They claimed they were overwhelmed by Christmas parties, but there were maybe 6 or 7 tables of people total in the restaurant. What a joke of a place.

   Food was awful and extremely expensive. Seemingly part of our order was given to another table and so it had to be remade, which meant that when the meals did come out to us, one of them was now room temp and stale like it had been just sitting on a counter.
