I had reservations and when I arrived tables were not ready so party had to sit separately. The food was horrible and most of it was burnt or cold and this has never happened to us before who burns chicken. The waitress was all over the place and dropped ketchup all over the floor and left it one of my guest slipped in it . The other staff was all over the place as well the the manager watched the waitress struggle and never stepped in to help her it was a horrible experience I was disappointed for the amount of money we spent not sure if you have a new cook.

Went for the Louie last call! The special was at great value for all we got. Our waiter was amazing! Enjoyed having the DJ there who was open to song requests. Wished the event was a little more lively but had fun nevertheless.

Service was pretty bad. Got there at 7. Didn't get our food for a while. Was after 10 by the time we got our last food item even though we ordered by 730. Food was alright.

Great food. Main course came out before the salads. Server was okay but had to flag him down a couple of times.

I had a reservation and had requested a booth. Took awhile for them to find one. Then we got seated and waited a long while for a server. I had to wave down the guy who had walked me to the table to ask if anyone was going to wait on us. He said, “let me go see if I can find you a server “. Our server was the best thing that happened to us since we sat down. The food was good.

Probably the worst dining experience in recent memory. Our server, Michael, barely came to check on us. Brought appetizer and had to be flagged down 30 minutes later for our food order (we were a party of 11). My burger came out incorrectly after waiting another 30 minutes for our food. Not his fault but I couldn't wait for the kitchen to correctly make a burger. Then, in the most condescending tone I've ever heard, he told me "Now remember, you were waiting on people to arrive, we should have gotten that food order in sooner." No Michael, we waited for someone for 15 minutes and had appetizers and the final guests had arrived before the appetizers were even out. Then we had to flag you down 30 minutes later and ask you to take our order. I was annoyed that I want going to eat my birthday dinner because the kitchen over-cooked my burger but Michael's response was uncalled for, condescending, and factually inaccurate. Will not be back.

Made reservations luckily. Got in on time, drink orders were promptly taken, food order soon after that. Food was hot and prepared promptly. In and out in 65 minutes.

Very open attractive atmosphere (we liked it). We chose a booth that provided my sweetheart and me the closeness we wanted. Great spot to watch the game. Appreciated those working on a holiday to make dinner convenient for us. Everyone super friendly and wished us a happy Thanksgiving. Michael was our server. Attentive but not overly, professional yet relaxed. Made us feel welcomed and cared for. Food was very good. Many talked to us as we left and made us feel appreciated, part of the family and wanted us back. We definitely will be!
