Created by Chef Colin & Chef de Cuisine Eliza, we'll be featuring Piemontese cuisine with optional wine pairings by Beverage Director, Ryan Lotz. This menu is available Thursday, 11/21 - Sunday, 11/24, in the dining room, bar & lounge alongside our full dinner menu. Experience a thoughtfully curated five-course menu featuring seafood, house-made pastas, vibrant entrées, and an indulgent dessert. Don’t miss out on the optional (but highly recommended!) wine pairing. Each course will be complemented by a handpicked selection of unique wines, curated by our own Ryan and Gemma from Giannoni Selections. The menu is available Wednesday, December 18th through Monday, December 23rd in the dining room, bar & lounge alongside our full dinner menu. This menu is available for $115 per person, with an optional $55 per person wine pairing. We ask that the full party participate. *menu & pricing is subject to change
