   If I could give this restaurant 20 stars I would. This place was so amazing I rebooked it for Easter dinner while on the restaurant. I cannot wait to go back. Everything was thought of from the decor to the incredible bites. 10/10 experience.

   I had previous exceptional experiences. Last night we brought a friend to whom we had extolled the virtues and quality of bar sardine and had an embarrassing and negative experience. I had the escargot as an appetizer, and it was probably the best escargot I’ve ever had. I ordered the Seabass, which on prior visits was the best fish I had ever had and I recommended it to my friend who ordered it. The Seabass was so tough I had to send it back and our waiter was very gracious. We had tried to order the seafood tower, and the waiter told us that it was not available due to the poor quality of some of the seafood which made me wonder about the Seabass. My husband always orders steak tartare and he rated Bilbouquet first, Toulouse second and bar sardine third. We don’t see another reason to go back to bar sardine, which is unfortunate. I had such great hopes for this restaurant.  Also, it is very difficult to get a reservation here, and the noise level was so extreme that we found ourselves practically yelling across the table to carry on a conversation.

   Hard to get reservations but worth the wait. Food was amazing and presentation did not disappoint. Wish we had gone for deserts they looked amazing. Few things sold out and we had 6 pm reservations.
