Bargello®, located in the Hotel Arras, is named after the 17th century Florentine needlepoint style. The intricacy of this stitch embodies the restaurant weaving together their love for community, cuisine, and hospitality to create the ultimate casual fine dining experience.

Bargello's culinary team draws their inspiration from the flavors you experience when traveling along the Mediterranean coastline. Seasonal and locally sourced dishes include fresh hand-rolled pastas, house-made breads, and innovative cuisine from Executive Chef Tyler Slade. Bargello’s menu changes often to reflect the local produce available in Western North Carolina.

Complementary valet parking is available exclusively for Bargello during dinner service from Wednesday to Sunday, between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. A reservation is required, and the valet service is limited to a maximum of three hours. This offer is not valid on holidays, special events, or private events.

                                              Had high hopes but were let down. They only had a restaurant week menu and the food we got were cold and the salad had "Sysco" processed croutons. Service was also off with no real crowd in the restaurant. We will give it another shot outside of restaurant week just to see if it was a one off or not

                                              This A'ville Restaurant Week menu was a real value! The food is delicious. At regular pricing, it is a hotel restaurant in pricing. There are many other options in downtown for food where the quality is matched or better and pricing is equal or lower. It's definitely a "treat" type of venue. Service was great tho!

                                              The reservation didn’t mention a limited menu due to restaurant week - seven items total (4 entrees). The salad had cheap grocery store croutons (not the good ones), the ragu sauce was water, and on top of that the service was not good. $177 for a sub par meal and bad service / never again.

                                              Overall the food and experience was very good. My husband felt that the lack of bread served with the meal was not great, and was disappointed to be charged for it. But both appetizers and entrees were spectacular in taste and portion size. The dessert seemed a bit small on the portion size but was extremely tasty, loved the use of cocoa nibs and caramelized sugar as garnish. Service was for the most part very attentive and you could tell everyone was working together very harmoniously. We were there for nearly an hour and a half and it never seemed like that, for as smoothly as service went. The 3% credit card charge was not something we saw on the website nor were told about in advance so while I understand the need to offset costs, transparency would have been appreciated.

                                              Absolutely amazing attention to detail and service! From the moment we walked in, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of. The staff was incredibly attentive and the food was exceptional - perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and catered to my gluten-free needs. I was surprised that so many dishes were able to be made gluten-free! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. A solid 10/10 across the board. Can't wait to come back!
