Join us for a restaurant experience unlike any other. Bark, A Rescue Pub guests can interact with rescue cats and dogs who live in a separate but accessible area from the restaurant before, during or after their dining experience. All profits from adoptions, reservation fees, donations and a portion of some food and beverage sales go to support the work of The Spokane Humane Society. Adoption center open Friday and Saturday 11am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to3pm, restaurant hours are later. Adoption center reservations are required due to space constraints and animal well being.

Got there early right at opening and early for our reservation. But they sat us right done. Wonderful food! Parking on-site. We were too early to see the rescues but it's a fun little place.

Service was terrible. They weren’t busy (only three tables) and it seemed like the had advocate number of staff (I could see at least four- 1 waitress, 1 bartender, 2 kitchen staff), but had to wait long periods to see the waitress to take our order, At the beginning she took so long to come to the table that I ended up missing the happy hour, and she didn’t come to check in and when she did it was very minimal interaction- I was going to order another drink but didn’t get the opportunity to). There was a new bartender and he was good, and friendly- he checked in Sat the end and told our group good night as we left. In addition, my dinner (chili) came quite a while after everyone else’s, as well as my friend’s pretzel. I have had the Chili before and it was great previously with good flavor and at that time came with some great homemade bread- this time it tasted like ketchup with only bags of oyster crackers which was disappointing since I loved the bread.

Reservations were easy to make and they honored a special request! The waitress went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration amazing— in her own she asked if our birthday girl liked ice cream and brought out ice cream with a lit candle for her birthday!

We had the BARK Burger with salt & vinegar tots, pretzel bones, and butter pecan old fashioned. All were very good. The sauces with the pretzel bones were very tasty. Forgot to take a photo of the burger but it was good! The drink was delicious.

Loved my experience. I got the chili with pulled pork, and it is a must have! Love that they have a choice of smaller and larger portions. Great atmosphere and the server was wonderful and attentive. Of course, what I loved the most was that I was supporting a great cause.

We’ve eaten at Bark several times before sporting events nearby. The food is always top notch. Service is a little slow but staff is nice and accommodating. Just give yourself time if you have an event you plan on attending.

We will do the Bark again. Enjoyed our time there. I have recommended it to others already. Do make sure you go early enough to see their animals

This was our first time here. Had seen excellent reviews on Spokane Food Finder. Everyone thought their meal was fantastic and our server was great.
