   Cibo e servizio ok, nella norma per un stellato. Unica nota negativa è la sala che puzzava. C'è una parte di cucina in sala ma la areazione non è all altezza e l'odore dei cibi cucinati sul momento si Mischiano a quello del cibo che avevo nel piatto. A fine serata i vestiti puzzavano.

   The menu was very original and particularly well thought out. The seasonal produce was carefully selected. The wine pairing worked very well. The service was very professional. The only small suggestion - as a necessarily pretentious Frenchman - is that the sauces and condiments sometimes took precedence over the noble products (such as the crab or the beef) which created a lack of balance. Apart from that, it was perfect.

   We dined at Bastible for our final dinner after 10 days in Ireland, and they did not disappoint! The tasting menu was tasty, creative, and well-priced. The service was kind and attentive. Would certainly recommend Bastible for a special occasion.

   Food was great. Presented well and interesting flavors. Staff attentiveness was mixed. Four different servers. Some were more engaged than others. Never quite felt fully taken care of. Tight quarters meant you always had an elbow or back in your face when another table was being served.

   Wonderful dinner overall. Delicious food and interesting combinations of ingredients. Only slight grumble was a twenty minute wait for first drink as we'd chosen wine pairing. Sommelier very good an and made some complicated pairings easy to understand Explanation of dishes also very good.

   We had an excellent meal in Bastible. We did not do the wine pairing as we sometimes find it is too much wine to get through. We liked the casual ambience and the food was outstanding.

    Great experience all round. Excellent food, attentive service in a nice relaxed atmosphere made for a great experience. We will be back!
