Started off with a few hiccups, but Abby our server and Jennifer the GM really stepped it up to smooth out the hiccups. The food was absolutely brilliant, from the biscuits with honey and butter and crab cake appetizers, to our mains, and sides & desserts... Jennifer truly made our experience such a joy and her knowledge of bourbons, whisky’s and wines made the experience that much more enjoyable. Cheers

I have heard so much about the famous fried chicken at Batch so we decided to try. My date and I share the Cobb salad. The server suggested the full order to be shared between the two of us. We also ordered Batch's famous biscuits. The biscuits were a bit too crumbly but deliciously melted in your mouth. The salad was very good but huge. Next time we will get the half order. For the entre, my date ordered the chicken waffle and I had the ribs. The fried chicken was fantastic. It was crisp on the outside but juicy and tender on the inside. We finished our meal with beignets and coffee.

Too much hype about great food and superior service can give diners overly high expectations. Such was the case with Batch. Although the restaurant was not busy service was not attentive. When we were able to get our server’s attention she was sweet and obliging. We enjoyed our food and will probably return to try some of the more interesting things on the menu. The salads we had were fresh and plentiful and the brisket sandwich was good. Only the jambalaya was not enjoyed.

It was a very nice experience. After we ordered drinks and an appetizer, our waiter brought us some brisket sliders on the house. They were very good. We ordered the Smoked BBQ egg rolls, burrata and peaches and corn ribs. The egg rolls were crispy and delicious, the burrata and peaches were good and the corn rib dish was the star. We weren't hungry, but the apple cobbler bread pudding sounded too good to pass up. It's a large dessert, very sweet and a good ending to our meal. The menu has many other dishes that I want to try. Service was very good and the musician entertaining the crowd is quite good. We will be back.

Had a great birthday dinner. The food and service were amazing! Our waitress was Abby and she was very attentive and very nice. The only negative is that it was so loud in there I got a headache. I still would highly recommend it.

Excellent dinner at Batch. I had been once before and enjoyed so brought a friend who said it exceeded her expectations. Very good service and nice visit from the manager. The blackened redfish was great. Looking forward to going back and trying more dishes.
