Bazaar Mar offers an innovative seafood-driven menu served with chef José Andrés’ signature lens of whimsy, creativity, and unexpected flair, showcasing some of the world's finest ingredients which have been expertly researched and sourced. Wait staff was excellent And very knowledgeable. Food exceeded our expectations. The hostesses needs to get there act together. They escorted us to a community table and when we asked for a private table, they said those were for people with reservations, which we had. It was quickly corrected. We’ll be back

Disappointed. Have been to many of Jose’s places. This place missed the mark. Heavy sauces, out of items, and hit and miss on the food. Chawanmushi and carrots were tasty. Paella was bad…

My dad and I really enjoyed our meal here. The food was unique and delicious! We were there early in the evening and it was a peaceful spot to catch up. The menu is extensive, but our server Stefanie was extremely knowledgeable. She guided us towards items that suited our tastes. We had a great time talking with her!

JOsé Andres has lost his edge. The food has lost its inspiring tasty edge. This used to be very top notch michelin-grade. Now its uninspiring, fair food. Such a pity.

Bazaar Mar is now our #2 favorite restaurant in Las Vegas! The presentations are beautiful. The service was stellar! But it’s the taste of the cuisine that’s the star. We greatly enjoyed the Hokkaido Sea Urchin Cones, California “Funnel Cake”, Bagel & Lox, Sea Urchin Coca, Alaskan King Crab Chawabmush ⭐️ and Rossejat ⭐️

We called the day before our dinner to understand the menu options as they were very unclear on Open Table. We were told that they offered both a la carte and 2 tasting experiences priced at approx $190 and $290. When we arrived we were told that that evening ONLY the $290 tasting menu was being offered. This was extremely misleading. It cost us almost $3,000 for 6 people to dine by the time we added cocktails, moderately priced wine and gratuity. The service was poor at best and the ambiance lacking for that price range as the restaurant is in the middle of a shopping mall and open to the mall on multiple sides. I would not recommend.
