Bazaar Mar offers an innovative seafood-driven menu served with chef José Andrés’ signature lens of whimsy, creativity, and unexpected flair, showcasing some of the world's finest ingredients which have been expertly researched and sourced.     The tasting menu started out fantastic and then took a turn at the lobster roll. It was dry and pedestrian in comparison. We had the grilled fish which was executed well, but it didn't seem like the finally it should have been and plated very basic. The servers were confused on the name of the fish as well and at time we had long pauses between the next item. As for the ambiance the table next to us were very close and could hear their conversion and we now know their political views and investment strategy. All around the sound was loud and the decor looked faded. We've had great experiences at his other restaurants and were hoping for the same caliber.

    This was top 3 dining experience I've ever had. My siblings and I are industry and it's so hard to live up to some of the standard ser in places we've worked, but Bazaar Mar lived up to every expectation and then some. It was such an amazing experience. Service was attentive but not intrusive. The food was exceptional - so flavorful and balanced. Everything was spot on.

    Thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. A little odd having this type of a meal in a mall, albeit Harry Winston and Valentino level shopping. Loved the round table with the phenomenal glass Lazy Susan in the center. The food was outstanding!!!

    Firstival we were 3. We showed up without any reservation and the front desk told us a table would be available in one hour. Fair enough on a Saturday night in Las Vegas. We went on Open table app to find a last minute reservation available somewhere and we saw one was at Bazar Mar so we booked it. 15min later we were back to the front office with our reservation and we get our table! Ridiculous!!! The food was good but the service awful. None of us get our food in the same time! Never saw that before and we are locals.

    We've eaten at Bazaar Meats, The Bazaar (NYC), Jaleo (in LV and Orlando), E, and Tacos and Noodles, and we love Jose Andres. We were excited to try this, and it had a lot of familiar favorites!

    Date night with wife. Tasting menu was creative and food was excellent. Service could not have been better. Seating is a bit crowded, do not expect any privacy. No real view, but the restaurant is charming and good for people watching. Loved the fried Red Snapper. Presentation was amazing as was the tarter sauce. I hate tarter sauce, but loved theirs! Also a great sommelier.

    The food was somewhat bland or lacked good flavor. We tried multiple items and only one or two things were decent tasting, nothing was excellent. The service and the cocktails were both pretty good and the ambience was ok, but none of it matched the price point.

    The food and service were outstanding. We love everything José Andrés has to offer. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. The food was clever, imaginative and delicious. This is a must try!

    So unique and delicious. Beautiful open space dining. Presentation of every dish is instagrammable! The branzino melts in your mouth. The “bagel and lox” is a must as is the fried squid and he river trout cones. The Iberian ham is a classic. Jose Andres never disappoints!
