The food was excellent as it always is. The food was fresh and hot and arrived in a timely manner. The server did not come back to check on us or offer refills. I did not appreciate the fact that the server took my debit card and walked to the kitchen with it. When he finally came back, he handed drinks to another table (still holding my debit card) then went back to the kitchen with it before finally bringing the card and receipt back. Although no ill intent may have intended, I do not think a server should ever do that with a customers card. Overall, I will always go back to BB King during my casino visit as it is my favorite place to eat. The shrimp skillet is to die for! The fried okra is so good, as is the spinach dip.

This was the second time I've had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come to the table and take my order. The first time it was 1 hour and 20 minutes before I got my food but they were kinda busy that day but over an hour is unacceptable. This time no one came for 35 minutes so I got the hostess attention and she said someone was coming but no one ever did for the next 15 minutes so I left. Very disappointed because I love coming there to eat everytime I come to the casino.

There was a $15 cover charge, a $12-$13 service charge only 2 of us dined. I had limited access to my waiter. He was average. The food wasn't good. It wasnt terrible. It was paletable. For the price, it should/could have been a lot better. The ribs were burnt. The okra was bland and the portion of baked beans was miniscule. My tortilla chips for my spin dip were burnt. It was entirely too crowded and for me to have to eait in a line with people that didn't make revervations was the biggest atrocity.

My wife and I came here on a reservation that we made online. There were email updates upon updates upon updates leading up to our reservation time, so there was plenty of opportunity for the venue (or someone) to advise that there was a $15 cover charge per person. We didn't know this until we got to the check-in desk. Once we checked in with the young lady at the entrance and were given wristbands, we were led by another lady to a computer/register in the foyer. We had to pay our cover charge before we would be allowed to be seated. It isn't added to your final bill. I swiped my credit card, and the lady seemed to be bothered that I didn't add a tip to the cover charge. Settle down missy... You're lucky there isn't much around this area to eat because we probably would have gone somewhere else. At any rate, the food and drinks were good, no complaints there. Just not sure why I have to pay a cover if I've made a reservation to come buy food and drinks. I'm not cheap by any stretch, but it's no fun walking in the door $30 in the hole with nothing to show for it. Tell me it goes to the band or something so it'll at least make a little sense.

We sat and waited and the our server came. Our food came out quickly and was okay. Not great. Did not see server out on the floor and he never checked on us, even to see if we needed another drink. We had reviewed the menu prior and planned to order dessert. The next interaction with the server after food delivery he brought the check. Since he decided not to offer dessert we did not order.

My first here and it was great. Celebrating a girls night out. I requested a table right by the stage and was seated right by the stage, that was a plus! The food and drinks were AMAZING. I had the grilled catfish, cheese grits, collard geeens, and hushpuppies 10/10 and a bahama mama to drink 10/10. Also, had the peach cobbler for dessert, 10/10 as well. The Emily Joseph Band was there for love music entertainment and set the vibe and tone just right for the night. Everything was a vibe. Will be back soon!

I enjoyed every minute of my dining experience. I attend every show given by John Yungvokalz. He gives great entertainment and crowd involvement. The food was very good and I will be back again.
