BCN Taste & Tradition, the name gives a nod to Barcelona and the meld of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Chef Luis Roger relocated from Girona, Spain - trained under Michelin Chef Ferran Adria at elBulli- and taught at the renowned culinary school Aula Gastronomica de l’Emporada.

Located on a 1920’s era Victorian home in the trendy Montrose/Museum District (4210 Roseland St.). BCN Taste & Tradition will recreate an authentic Spanish style dining experience with unparalleled service. The menu will showcase all the fantastic, cutting-edge haute cuisine that put Spain on the world stage.

Credit card info required for reservations larger than 5 guests. A $50/person fee will be charged if you are unable to cancel within 48 of your scheduled time or if your party decreases in size within 24 of your reservation. No fee will be assessed for transferring the reservation to a different name.

    The food, wind, dessert were outstanding for sure. The seating we got and just the entire location is terrible to us for a Michelin 1-star restaurant. It was tight, and we were very close to other patrons. Just to get into the valet line, for a first timer like us was like.....around and behind another building, or car service place, or a club or something. Anyway, it was tucked behind and it wasn't very clear where it was. If we were to return there next time, then it would be easier since now we know. Anyway, I think it is time for it to relocate to a much better location. Food and service, once we sat down was definitely wonderful. There is no question about its quality.

    One of our favorites in Houston. We went for our anniversary and everything was fabulous. Can't wait to go back!

    Great food, especially the Pappas bravas and the sucking pig. Service all around was incredible.They really made you feel like family. Can't recommend BCN enough!

    Good not great. Service was nice, no complaints there. I’ve heard from so many people this is an absolute must dinner in Houston, and I just feel underwhelmed. Good food, good service, but not exactly what I was anticipating.
