BCN Taste & Tradition, the name gives a nod to Barcelona and the meld of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Chef Luis Roger relocated from Girona, Spain - trained under Michelin Chef Ferran Adria at elBulli- and taught at the renowned culinary school Aula Gastronomica de l’Emporada.

Located on a 1920’s era Victorian home in the trendy Montrose/Museum District (4210 Roseland St.). BCN Taste & Tradition will recreate an authentic Spanish style dining experience with unparalleled service. The menu will showcase all the fantastic, cutting-edge haute cuisine that put Spain on the world stage.

Credit card info required for reservations larger than 5 guests. A $50/person fee will be charged if you are unable to cancel within 48 of your scheduled time or if your party decreases in size within 24 of your reservation. No fee will be assessed for transferring the reservation to a different name.

Wonderful dinner. We loved the octopus, the artichokes were also perfectly cooked and delicious. I had the salad with duck and it was very good and my spouse had the rabbit. Loved it all. The service was top notch. They anticipated our every need. 💯

Absolutely favorite Houston restaurant, the food is imaginative and absolutely delicious, setting is cozy perfection and staff is warm and friendly and extremely helpful.

Had a wonderful first time visiting BCN. Very much influenced and inspired by Barcelona and the Catalan region. The gin and tonic menu is great, service is impeccable (thanks to Guillermo!), and the food was wonderfully made. Happy to come back anytime!

Every dish, wine choice, and G&T (available boozy and NA) was exquisite. The environment added to the experience (and I really appreciated the attention to acoustics with all the sound panels) and the team members are all amazing - for us, people are the part of the experience that amazing food cannot make up for if it isn’t right. And EVERYONE there is kind, thoughtful, helpful, enthusiastic about their offerings and your experience with them - so incredibly warm. Special shoutout to Mario Chaves - you were an amazing guide!! I only wish we could dine with them Every. Single. Day. Thank you, BCN and I can’t wait to return!

Ximena and Mario make a dynamic duo! They along with the food and drinks make a perfect dinner night. It’s way better than your typical Steak House and is a great representation of Houston’s finest culinary destinations. It’s a Must go when in Houston!

Manufactured demand. Made THE ONLY reservation I could get on March 1, for March 15, at 5:30 at the bar. Sat there for 10 minutes and a couple walked in, no reservation, and got a table. The presentation was impeccable, food was just okay. Multiple managers came by to try to make it better but we were unimpressed. $300…without a proper table, it’s a no for me.
