We are excited to be partnering with one of NYC’s most popular Broadway shows, Back to the Future! The Musical, for an 80s themed karaoke pop-up installation this winter. Reservations are one hour and 15 minutes, and each guest will receive a complimentary 80s themed cocktail to go with their experience. The karaoke space is shared, so general reservations might be paired with others to enjoy the experience together. Locale bellissimo, molto fine ed elegante. Stupenda la terrazza con vista su Times Square. Personale gentile, preparato e discreto. Cibo molto buono, lo stile del locale ti permette di gustarlo in un ambiente rilassato e allo stesso tempo glamour. Consigliatissimo

Great location in Times Square with an outdoor rooftop with fantastic views of Times Square itself! Not a huge menu but everything they make is high quality from the burgers to their wood fired brick oven pizzas!

Our waiter was very rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him. My partner and I each ordered 1 drink, and I made a substitution request on a certain cocktail. When our drinks came out, mine didn’t have the substitution I requested so I kindly let our waiter know and he seemed very annoyed. The bartender also seemed annoyed as when our server brought the drink back and told her to make a new one she rolled her eyes. When we were ready to pay, my partner had his credit card in his hand at the table ready to use to pay, but the server came from behind him and just grabbed the credit card without asking and without giving us our check first. I could not believe the lack of manners this server had, and have never experienced a server snatching a card out of a guests hand.

It took us 15 mins to get served by the waiter. Then the drinks took another 10 mins. We left good as it was taking so long. You need more staff there.

Our waiter was very good. The food and the experience were the problems. The restaurant was not decorated very well for Christmas. Which was disappointing from the videos we saw of the restaurant. The food, we order sharable sliders. We received 2 sliders. They did not come as described on the menu. We ordered the Italian charcuterie. There were a good amount of cheese, not much meat and absolutely did not have enough crackers or a variety of crackers. We were given 6 to 8 crackers that were bland and stale like. It was a very disappointing experience.

The initial excitement of visiting this “rooftop” bar was quickly diminished when we arrived - zero signage to indicate this is indeed “beast & butterflies” other than a very simple piece of paper when entering the building - when arriving we were waiting 15 minutes despite it being quiet before we were shown to a seat. My partner ordered a pint of peroni, which arrived flat, without a head and just not at all as it should be, when sending it back the waiter suggested he go for something else as it’s definitely as it should be for a beer (strongly disagree) and he ordered a bottle of corona - we had been given and finished our food by the time someone came over to ask him “you ordered a Stella right?” We requested they leave it as we had now finished eating - I should add at this time we were still waiting on a glass of water also and it was still quiet, only 1/4 of the tables filled and just an overall disappointing experience. Not what we hoped for - we paid the bill and left soon after.

Service was terrible, food is just lounge food. We had no view, because it was cold so no outdoor seating, and we had a table on the inside of the table plan. Service was unacceptable from the host to the server.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and beautiful. The spanish dip was the best I have had in a very long time and I definitely recommend everyone to try it. The view of time square was also beautiful from the outdoor area.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed by the lack of service we received. It took between 20-30 minutes to get seated even though we had a reservation and then once seated no one ever came and waited on us. The outstanding part of this establishment is the view but the lack of effort was blinding when it came to taking care of your clientele. When we got up to leave the table next to us commented and said “really good decision.” We had such high hopes but will not be back.
