Beatrix is a neighborhood coffeehouse, restaurant and meeting place in Chicago’s River North, Streeterville, Fulton Market, The Loop and Oak Brook neighborhoods. The restaurant is the brainchild of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises’ Founder Rich Melman, Executive Partner and Divisional President Marc Jacobs and Chef Partners Andrew Ashmore, Rita Dever and Susan Weaver. The menu features healthy meets delicious options, and is known for its iconic coffee and bakery counter, including signature cookies, in-house pastry favorites and our house blends from Beatrix Coffee Roasters, featuring Light, Dark, Espresso and Decaf roasts.

Great Mushroom Quinoa Burger! The food was delivered in a short time, even during a busy lunch hour. Great spot for a business meeting.

The food and service at Beatrix was wonderful! My dad was in town for business and it was the perfect lunch place to take him. The lunch rush was busy but the service was impressively efficient and attentive. Also for fellow Kombucha lovers - they make their own and it's great! We will be back!

Our waitress was super nice and helpful. She made our anniversary meal amazing. The egg omelet and ham & cheese croissant was delicious.

This was our first time at this Fulton Market Beatrix location and we were glad that we had made an Open Table reservation because the restaurant was packed on this frigid Saturday morning. We were seated right away at an excellent location and our server, Erin, was fantastic in getting us started with drinks and in having all of the dishes for the 6 of us delivered so quickly after we ordered. The lemon pancakes, eggwhite omelet, egg and cheese sandwich, ham and cheese croissant, and burrito were all good! We had wanted to try some of the pastry offerings in the bakery, but we were too full. Oh the Immunity shot drink was great for the cold weather. Although the restaurant was packed with several tables occupied by families with small children, there was a friendly neighborhood restaurant vibe and we were still able to converse among ourselves normally. One of us had a flight to catch and so we did not stay as long as we wanted in the restaurant. We have been to other Beatrix locations and this West Loop location was just as good. We would definitely return and have other items on the menu and bakery shelves. We have ordered bakery items from Beatrix before and have loved them.

Fourth time at Beatrix, and so far, every dish has been 5 stars! Also, be sure to check out the baked goods case for unusual, but fantastic flavor combos like blueberry lemon muffins.

Everything start to finish was incredible. Our waitress was helpful with some FABULOUS suggestions! Enjoyed everything!

Great experience! The food was amazing, the drinks were perfect and the staff was excellent. Beatrix Fulton Market never disappoints. No photos to share bc we ate everything as soon as it got to the table lol.
