The Bistro Quarter's restaurant & bar is part of the Beauty & the Bistro family, in Staffordshire.

You can pop in for a quick drink, a bite to eat or a full on feast & you don't need to book.

It strikes the perfect balance between exceptional dining & affordability. The interior-designed surroundings are modern, yet elegant, with an emphasis on a relaxed & friendly vibe. The menu & cocktail bar are designed to satisfy most tastes & combine classic British menus with a bistro-style serving.

The Executive Chef, Mark Walker, is proud of his two rosettes & takes pride in everything he does.

The Bistro is open from 6pm Wednesday & Thursday & from 8am for breakfast, lunch & dinner on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays or you can just pop in for a coffee & a pastry or a cheeky cocktail.

Bottomless brunch is on Saturdays between 12pm - 4pm offering a wide selection of cocktails.

Sunday roasts are proving extremely popular - the braised ox cheek stuffed Yorkshire puddings are to die for!

    Excellent food and service to match, prices are reasonable especially as the food is amazing! Fabulous place to dine, booked again for next month!

    Good incredible Drinks spot on. Service a little slow but only on the food wait in between where a member of staff could have asked us if we wanted another drink, we asked. This is minor though. But the coldness of the room we ate and left due to all dithering. That’s an issue. The place is gorgeous! Everything else is incredible. I had the steak and MY GOD I will wrap in winter clothes to go eat it again!! Xx

    It felt that, as a new restaurant, Beauty & The Bistro are yet to find their identity. We had a lovely starter, Cod Arancini which was elevated and fine dining however, we both had a main from the classics menu which were both below quality. I initially ordered the mussels from the menu and was advised that these weren't available due to being "out of season". In mid-January, mussels are in peak season so this demonstrated a lack of food knowledge. The Fish & Chips were extremely oily, batter was solid and too thick and both the fish and chips smelt distinctly of a deep fat fryer - I barely ate the meal, and when my plate was collected, nobody asked about the food. The burger was tough and as though the meat hadn't been minced adequately. Neither of us finished our mains. For the area that the restaurant served, it's important to get the classics down to a good standard. On asking for the bill, we waited close to 20 minutes before asking again. The restaurant wasn't busy that staff were occupied. Cocktails were lovely and the staff were knowledgeable about the drinks selection.

    Beautifully cooked food,presented lovely,tasted amazing and all home cooked,cocktails and wine were lovely too but the staff make it more perfect for me how they make the time to come over and talk to you and have a conversation and are really pleasant and friendly.Its our second time here now and will definately be returning again and again!

    Amazing breakfast, just outstanding quality. I was especially excited to see kedgeree on the menu, and it was delicious! My husband had the traditional breakfast and loved it. The tea was also top quality. Great service. We will be back!
