   Waiter was attentive and engaging with input on the menu when questioned. Food was excellent with flavors and freshness.

   We have always had such good experiences at Becks until this evening. Hours posted outside and locked doors led us to believe that they were closed until we heard loud music coming from within. I called and our reservation was confirmed. I explained that we were waiting outside and asked to use the restroom. "We open at 5:30" was the response. It was 5:25. We were sat in a hallway where employees were prepping tablecloths. The waitress struggled with the daily specials. We settled for a salad since we were still very warm from our wait in the sun. The GreenJacket salad dressing was very vinegary and burned my lips. Not our usual experience at Becks.

   My wife and I love this restaurant! The food is always outstanding. On this occasion we were seated in the dining room down the street from the main entrance, which we had never been to before. There was live music, and the performer was very good. Over all, another great dining experience.

   Well, it was Master's week, but I felt like we were rushed to eat and leave. We had just had our appetizer and the food was already out. It was our anniversary and we wanted to take our time, but we were in and out in about 45 minutes. I've read some reviews that said their food never came....they must have been really ready for big crowds. Anyway, the food was good, not the best for me, but it was good. I'd go again to check out another menu item.

   We arrived by Uber and seated 5 minutes early from our reservation time and noted the restaurant was fairly busy and had lots of energy. We were seated in a two seat table in a hallway where staff went back and forth, as well as folks going to the restrooms and apparently another room with seating was back that way. We ordered our wine and an appetizer which took longer than we expected to receive (~15 minutes). We ordered our dinner (mussels/salad for my wife; filet for me) when we received the wine. As we arrived by Uber, our return Uber was set at 1.25 hours after our scheduled arrival time thinking this was adequate time to have dinner. Unfortunately this was not the case... After about 35 minutes, we asked about our dinner as we had 25 minutes left before our Uber was scheduled to pick us up. Our waitress said she would check and come back. When she came back, she indicated it would be ready soon and the manager would come speak to us. Before the manager could come to our table, the waitress tried to serve the dinner, but we only had 15 minutes left before our Uber arrived and we didn't want to eat quickly or reschedule the Uber. We asked her to pack it to go. The manager finally arrived, said she was sorry, and offered us a free dessert...a huge disappointing response. The offer seemed underwhelming and felt like she didn't really care that we sat there for over an hour without having our dinner. I didn't expect her to comp the whole meal, but maybe comping our drinks with an authentic apology would have been more appropriate. So for over $230, we got poor food delivery (the waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed), a glass of wine each, and lukewarm (not hot) dinner in our hotel room at 9:45 at night. Not exactly stellar experience. I know this isn't the way Beck's would have wanted any of their customers to experience their establishment, but we won't be back.

   We arrived early for our reservations and were seated immediately. Raw oysters were superb, cocktails were excellent. Service was great for being a very busy week.

   Went during masters week. Food was good and people were nice, but service was brutally slow. Took over 1.5 hours to get our entrees. Staff was apologetic, but didn’t offer any drinks or anything to compensate for the wait. I would pass on this when it’s Masters week.

   My family and I love Becks. Supporting a local business is a great feeling. The food and service plus drinks are always very good. I love the cowgirl ribeye but $62 is pushing the upper price limit for the area. I’ll keep ordering the ribeye, it’s really good. Thank you Becks.
