   We come to celebrate our anniversary. No free dessert.. The service was slow. The octopus was chewy and chopped (last time a year ago it was whole nice tender octopus). But the oysters are fresh and delicious, specially the sauce! Must have

   Service was great, the heaters in the balcony so appreciated and cozy. Loved the vibe and the food was lovely too (really enjoyed the trip with crudité, scallops yummy, pesto shrimp linguini my fave). Wish I’d come earlier in the evening for the views, but it was still great.

   Incredibly disappointing experience. Our server, Kip, let us know that today was his first dinner service, and it definitely showed. I do believe he's new to service industry in general, based on his demeanor. For one of our entrees, we ordered the Denver steak, medium rare. Not only was it overcooked, but it was incredibly chewy and very tough on the mouth. I only took 2 bites (one cut from the end, one from the middle) and called him over. Said I was unhappy with the steak altogether and would not be eating it as he could clearly see based off my plate. He did not apologize, did not ask me if I would like to order another entree in it's place, did not offer to comp any part of the steak, either entirely or half the amount, just ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. At least my date was apologetic, not to mention embarrassed to have brought me here. We asked for the check and went downstairs to enjoy Mezcal Margaritas and Tacos instead, and the vibe and food there helped make up for the miserable service and food at Beeside Balcony.

    Excellent server and food. Fun drinks. Waitstaff was very attentive and accommodating for a late arrival from 1 diner.
