   Food was delicious and music was great but SO loud we had to sit outside to even be able to hear each other.

   Decor, food & service all very nice. Half way through, singer with guitar started. Good voice & choice of songs, however, found him to be a bit too loud for the number of people in the restaurant.

   No food no service for 1 whole hour, i went on Friday 02/14. Our drinks were never served as well. All tables were frustrated, no one was eating, very bad planning on staff, and very discreet customer service. Never again

   Got seated relatively fast and even ordered within the first 15/20 mins of being seated. Watched multiple couples get up and leave for lack of service. Drink orders never arrived, food showed up almost 45 mins after ordering. One of the chicken dishes showed up hardly warm while the other was warm on the chicken but the bed of cold undercooked pasta under left something to be desired.

   Took drink and appetizer order quickly but then nobody came back to take the meal order. After about 45 minutes of being ignored had to ask a runner for assistance. He took the order for us but we still never saw the waitress until she brought the check… not even an apology.

   Been to the place before the new management and was awesome! Went again and food ended up being cold! Asked to have it warmed, they just put more sauce on both and was still cold underneath. Wife and I had chicken Parma and the lobster ravioli. Took long time to get it and was cold ! Could have cooked it myself! They are very understaffed! Prob wont go back after the experience!

   We had an early lunch at Bella Napoli this morning and it was very nice. They cleaned the outdoor tables for us so we could sit in the sun but they still kept the water glasses full even though we were outside. The pizza was Vegas excellent. My wife’s shrimp scampi could have had a bit more flavor but was also acceptable. We enjoyed it and will certainly dine there again.

   Second time visiting since under new management. Both times it was empty, and Service was super slow! Smell in the women’s restroom was of sewage and it seeped out into the restaurant area. Will not be going back!

    First, I'd like to say our server was very nice and prompt and attentive. However, growing up in New York with italian heritage, learning to cook from my grandmother and my mother authentic italian, working in New York City, and living in a melting pot resort area with so many wonderful, authentic ethnic restaurants, i'm just going to say this place was a big fail. You could tell the quality of the ingredients is not there. Making shrimp Scampi with huge semi cooked and hard broccoli Florets in a bland bland sauce without any garlic, butter, EVOO, and nearly noticeable lemon flavor is not scampi. Sautéed shrimp scampi is full of flavor, and you could pick out all the different ingredients. These shrimp looked like they were the boiled shrimp for the shrimp cocktail with the sauce dumped on it over some. if the new owner purchased the recipes along with the name, they had to alter them, or the previous owner downgraded their product. As I predicted, the chicken pacada, which is famous for caper's lemon and butter, came out in the same bland sauce with 5 mini peppercorn size. Capers on it. I can't even imagine how they had a small enough spoon to scoop out this little number of capers. The main dishes all came with the huge undercooked steamed broccoli. Most piccatas come with a nice side of pasta with the same piccata sauce on it. I'm not sure if they ran out of garlic. Because it wasn't anywhere to be seen chicken marsala. Typically, it has big chunks of browned garlic and mushrooms in it. Again, it seemed like they dumped a non flavorful brown sauce on top of the chicken. Kinda like cafeteria food. The chicken was cut thin, which was fantastic, and they did use fresh mushrooms. Although the décor is very inviting, as is the large marble bar. You could hardly hear over the loud music. The panacotta dessert was very good. As was the citrus spritz made with limoncello. Sorry for the brutal review, i feel we wasted $126 on 2 drinks, 2 diners & 1 appy
