Bella Vita offers the very best Italian dining in Sedona! Located in the beautiful Sedona Pines resort, we offer a deserved escape from the city pace. With one of the largest outdoor patios in Sedona, we have option to meet your occasion. Come join us on our patio to enjoy the beauty of an evening sunset, or cozy up in one of our two gorgeous dining spaces, near the fireplace in the Red Room, or making memories at a family table in the Gold Room. Live music from the best local musicians is featured every Friday and Saturday, with Thursdays and Sundays added in the summer months. Our cuisine features vegetarian and gluten free dishes, as well as fresh seafood, veal, chicken and steaks. Our pasta is made freshly made daily.

Bella Vita Ristorante truly outdid themselves last night. The place was packed, but they never missed a beat, and provided their customers with a memorable, fantastic New Years Eve! Service was top notch despite the crowd, and the food was absolutely beyond fantastic. The bartender was great, and my martini was perfection. We are regular customers, and every experience here is wonderful. But again, they truly outdid themselves last night. Thank you for such a lovely dinner experience to ring in 2025. Bella Vita Ristorante in Sedona shines as a restaurant jewel in the Verde Valley. It’s a very special place!

Great pastas! We had the lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and the pappardelle funghi! The pappardelle was phenomenal! They were busy but very kind and overall we had a fantastic time.

A very nice spot. We arrived at 6 for our reservation to an almost empty restaurant. No fear, it was packed when we left. We only had appetizers. The stuffed eggplant and mussels were both excellent. The broth for the mussels luscious. Both dishes were entree sized. The Chianti by the glass worked well with the food. It’s not fancy but it hits the marks on the food. Service was more than adequate. I don’t think there was an Italian in the building but they nailed the dishes we had.

Because few restaurants in the area were open on Christmas Day, there were not many options. We had a reservation, but we still ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes to be seated. We did not mind that so much until they sat us by the fireplace where there was a cold draft of wind blowing in our direction the entire dinner, and it seemed that they just squeezed in a table in this spot because we were literally backed up to another table so that the waiter could not even walk between the tables. When the manager offered to move us and we accepted, he frowned and his demeanor changed at the inconvenience. Mind you, he offered, but clearly, it was insincere. In addition to the terrible seating, the food was terrible. They had run out of simple things such as spaghetti and meatballs as well as chicken tenders off the kids’ menu, and both my husband’s and my meals were less than impressive. Our waiter was nice enough, but overall, I would not come back here again.

Overall I’d give Bella Vita a 3.8 rating. It was good but not great. For the price I would expect better. Service was good and friendly. Restaurant had a good vibe. But there was no wow factor.
