BellaBrava New World Trattoria was born in 2005 in Downtown Saint Petersburg. Over the years since, BellaBrava has been voted Best Restaurant in Saint Petersburg, Best Italian, and is a perennial Guest favorite on Beach Drive.

Less formal than a ristorante, our service is casual, our prices remain reasonable and our emphasis is on a steady clientele rather than haute cuisine. Old World flavors mingle with New World flair. From seafood to traditional pasta, pizzas, and more, we are positive everyone will find something delicious to savor.

BellaBrava’s unique Woodstone™ ovens cook delicious pizzas and a guest favorite, the Crostata.

Very Pleasant surprise! I picked this on line because of its rating & location. Everything was perfect: atmosphere, salad, bread, Chicken Caccatorie, Shrimp Scampi. Best of all Justin was great and made our experience wonderful. Hope to be back again!

Our waiter provided great service and it was enjoyable to sit outside to experience DTSP, but the food was very poor. Everyone in our party was pretty disappointed with the quality of the food due to lack of freshness and other things.

First time dining and opted for brunch. Daughter liked the meatball sub, but I was not impressed. I had the Vegetali Strata which lacked flavor and was a disappointment. Pizza at other tables looked good. Unsure if would dine again.

Visiting St Petersburg for a meeting and we ran across this restaurant on line. From beginning to end it turned out to be a great decision. We elected to eat outside since the weather was nice. The food was fabulous and our sever, James, was great. We decided to sample the appetizers. The Beef Carpaccio, house made Focaccia, and calamari were wonderful and so were our cocktails. Great place to eat and people watch!

We had a delightful brunch today at BellaBrava in downtown St. Pete, FL! The hostess seated us on the patio which is what we requested. The weather was perfect! Jennifer was our waitress and she was very friendly, informative, attentive, and accommodating. She made our visit so enjoyable! We started with the Homemade Focaccia with buratta! Yum! Then we ordered a crostata with a delicious Misticanza salad! Oh my goodness! So wonderful! We decided to pass on dessert since we needed to get on the road but we look forward to coming again SOON hopefully!

One out of three dishes (the black truffle pasta) was great, the shrimp scampi and short rib ragu were okay. The servers were pleasant but seemed very rushed.

We dined at BellaBrava to celebrate a friend’s 90th birthday. The staff was very accommodating when I had to change my reservation to increase the size of our party. The best part was probably our servers Valery and Alysse . They were attentive, knowledge and helpful with menu item questions and suggestions. The food was good, cooked appropriately for Italian and servings ample. The honey dressing for the house salad was fantastic, the barratta garlic upgrade on the bread oil service was worth it. I very much enjoyed my black truffle mushroom pasta dish. Would recommend and dine here again.
