   We have eaten here many times since it opened, and eaten several things on the menu. The burger ordered rare almost always came rare, but not today. There was almost no one else there, like six people in total, so the cook could have paid attention, but didn’t. Ruslan, our sever, was kind and good, and we should have complained, but have heard that the restaurant is in trouble, which it obviously is, so decided to eat our overcooked burgers and leave.

   One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while, the service, starting at the valet, and all the way up to the first water poured, was exceptional. Michelin Star level experience. Food, wow! Creative. Fun. Utterly delicious. We did the 7 course with wine pairing (and they graciously accommodated for pescatarian need) which I would say you must do—let the chef take you on a ride! Cannot wait to go back!

   The tasting menu is absolute amazing! Everything from the start was outstanding, the views make the perfect ambiance, service it’s just perfect to make you feel comfortable and important! Wine selection it’s top notch!

   Very pleasant, will return. Food and service were good. The “salad” course was a bit pathetic. Lack of a bread course was disappointing.

   Food and service were not up to our expectations for a Ritz Carlton. The venue is spectacular so there is potential for it to be first rate.

   The smaller food was really unique and flavorful. Very unique and some uniquely exotic dishes. Really enjoyed the view. Our steak was ordered medium rare and was nearly well done or the hotter end of medium well. Our server didn’t seem too excited to help us, didn’t ask us once how our food was- not even a single time otherwise I would have brought up the steak being overdone. Never once were we asked if we wanted new drinks, or a refill or reorder of the same drinks. Mr Konig was a wonderful host and took care of our coats. There was another staff member there that was very courteous as well I wish I had gotten his name.

    The views are lovely and the atmosphere is lively and feels fancy for a fun occasion. The food was pretty good but portions were small and overall seemed a bit overpriced. The service was just ok. Our waitress seemed a bit informal for the caliber of restaurant. And they seemed to have so many people doing so many tasks that sometimes it was just too much. Some of our side dishes came out before our main dish, which was a little weird. Overall the experience was still good, but there was nothing that really made it stand out as outstanding as the prices seem to suggest.
