Authentic Mexican cuisine, creatively presented and wonderfully tasty. Great service in a family owned business where everyone pulls together. Hands down, the best Mexican cuisine anywhere in the Triangle area. Highly recommend.

This is what I would consider the only authentic Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is superb and attractively presented and service is terrific. Highly recommend!

I took a business client to dinner at Benetis as she loves Mexican cuisine. Service and food were exceptional as usual. My client was so impressed that she commented before we left that she was going to bring her entire staff for dinner one evening. Food is authentic, well prepared and nicely presented. The salsa is homemade as are their tortillas. I had the taco salad which was superb. The chicken was flavorful and the salad was fresh. My client had the fish tacos with rice and bean and loved them. She commented on how everything was so nicely presented. And, dinner must be accompanied by the churros and hot chocolate for dessert as they are superb. Highly recommend you try Benetis at night if you want really good Mexican food.

Two colleagues and I met for a dinner meeting at Benetis Mexican cuisine. My guests were very pleased with their dinner selections and the service. The food is authentic, very well prepared, and nicely presented. The tortillas, made fresh, on-site, are superb. Make sure to sample the churros for dessert, served with hot chocolate, also made on-site, and what a treat! The service is superb. Highly recommend this "real deal" Mexican restaurant, new to the Triangle.

Benetis Mexican cuisine is simply outstanding! The food is exceptionally well-prepared, nicely presented and served with kindness by the wonderful wait staff. We try to get by Benetis at least once a week because the food is so good. The meats are very nicely seasoned and tasty. The chef has a real flair for authentic Mexican fare that beats the competition hands down. We highly recommend you try this gem located in the Greenwood Commons Shopping Center at the corner of Sedwick Road and Highway 55 in the RTP. By day, Benetis is well-known to many as the best breakfast place in the area. By night, this pop-up kitchen serves the best Mexican food anywhere around.

We thoroughly enjoy Benetis! The Mexican cuisine is authentic, well prepared, attractively presented, and the best in the area in our experience. We have tried them all but Benetis is, hands down, THE place to go for the tastiest Mexican food in the Triangle and beyond. Service is wonderful. The pricing is more than fair. Give it a try - you will not be disappointed! It will become your go-to place as it has for me and my family and friends. The bonus is that you will meet the nicest people on the planet in the owners! Highly recommend.

Benetis Mexican is, quite simply, the real deal! Authentic Mexican cuisine that is artfully presented, tasty, and worth every penny pretty much sums up the dining experience. Service is superb and very attentive. The Churros are a must-try and make sure to order the hot chocolate for dipping! They offer the best we have ever had, hands-down. This is a family owned business that goes the extra mile to bring their customers a fresh take on Mexican food and this is what differentiates them from all the others. They bring dishes you will not see on other menus in the area because they replicate meals that you would eat in their native country. I will make one promise: if you go once, you will be back!

Benetis is two restaurants in one, breakfast/lunch by day and authentic Mexican cuisine by night. You can't go wrong no matter when you dine at Benetis. The morning staff operate the Mexican restaurant by night and, boy, is it ever good! We have tried all the area Mexican restaurants and none can compare. The food is consistently great and very nicely presented. As a bonus, the tortillas are made in-house, both corn and flour, and they are superb. Portions are more than generous. There are a number of entrees that are unique to Benetis and that you will not find at others in the area. The wonderful wait staff from the morning shift also take care of the diners in the evening, providing warm, gracious customer service. If you love Mexican cuisine, you owe it to yourself to try Benetis. You will find none better. Highly recommend. And, if you want the best breakfast in town, try Benetis during the morning hours.
