   I thought the food was absolutely delicious, if the review was based solely on the taste of the food I would rate 5 stars. Unfortunately I thought the portion size was small compared to other hibachi grills I’ve been to especially in regards to the amount of vegetables. I normally have to leave with a to go box, but not here lol. Still, the ambiance was nice, service great, food quality and taste excellent

   Server was great, food took over an hour for hibachi steak and shrimp. Shrimp was like chewing on a hockey puck.

   this is a hard post I don't like to give bad reviews but unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience . the only silver lining was the manager was very helpful and friendly and listened to my concerns the best he could. the service was very slow and the temperature of food was at best Luke warm none of the food came out together .the apps we ordered were cold the order taker and waitress were not observant. the way I ordered my food was not the way it came. there website says they have a beer and they don't overall just very disappointed it was for our anniversary weekend and this really makes me sad.this bad experience ruined our last night because of the time it took. 3 hrs ridiculous .

   This review is solely reflecting the host person who called me 30 mins before our reservation time. I made the reservation 3 weeks prior to my birthday when we were planing to celebrate in this Benihana location again. And I had 14 people RSVPed. OpenTable only gave me 10 people maximum option when making reservation online, so I picked 10 and left comment saying that “I actually had 14 coming, please contact me if needed.” Fast forward. There came to 30 mins before my party’s arrival. The host person called me blaming me for putting in a “wrong” party size, as if it were my fault that they didn’t notice my comment regarding the actual party size. I simply replied “but you are the one calling me to confirm the reservation only 30 mins before with the fact that I made the reservation three weeks ago.” 5 seconds silence. Then the host person continued, “since you have 14 people, we will have to seat whoever can’t fit in one table to another one!” With a super annoyed, unpleasant tone. I was like, wow. Just. Wow. And guess what. It’s Thursday night plus dinner rush time at 6:45pm. When we were seated as they requested “all of the party to present for a table,” there were only five tables (four teppanyaki+1 regular table) with customers, which contributed less than half of the capacity! More than half of the establishment was clean and empty like Nara’s streets during pandemic! If I was still wondering why the business sucked like that on a Thursday dinner rush at such a popular location. I am not anymore.

   Trash. It felt very overpriced for very calculated and measured basic good. Wu’s house is muuuuch better!

   I came to Benihana as a mommy and daughter date and everything was amazing! The food was great and both the waiter and cook were friendly, helpful and fun! Even sitting at the table with other people, who all being very nice couples, made my daughter very happy her first time visiting! Thank you to the Benihana staff and to those nice people we sat with during our visit! I will never visit another Benihana’s but this one!!!! Give them ppl a raise lol

    The food was good but it took over an hour for our chef to get to our table. My reservation was for 8:30 and I didn’t exit the restaurant until 11:00 pm. Also the women’s bathroom was disgusting. Toilet overflowing and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours. As a general manager in the restaurant industry, I was very disappointed. Not to mention for the price I paid, I will not be returning.
