                                                                                              The physical space is unique and I hope it continues as some sort of food venue. The current intereation is closing but the space is really unique and fun. Unfortunately, since it was built as a gas station, the indoor atmosphere was decidedly cold on a wintery night. I think all the diners in the restaurant when I was there had their coats on. A warm, relaxing environment is an essential for a positive restaurant experience. HOpefully the next proprietors or building owner will figure out how to install an adequate heat system to make the place comfortable without winter coats. The food was average with the high point being the excellent pizza crust. Service was cheerful and attentive. the place could be a winner with attention to diner comfort.

                                                                                              Benzina is phenomenal. The restaurant is housed in a converted auto-body garage. The windows are still garage doors. The interior is really cool because the style is like a mid-century modern 70’s Italian design. The kitchen is completely open and at the center of the restaurant so you can see the cooks working their magic. I preferred sitting at the counter because you could watch your food being prepared. Lastly, the food was delectable. I honestly think the pizza was the tastiest I’ve ever had. I like this place very much.

                                                                                              A little bright inside for a nice date night spot, but food was delicious. Server was busy being that it was Valentine's Day but very kind.

                                                                                              Excellent date spot. Pizza dough and bread for the tartare were phenomenal. Tagliatelle pasta was really flavorful. Arincini was like a mac and cheese ball, a fun twist. Service was outstanding and mocktails were great. Definitely worth a visit!

The wait staff was superb , the hostess sweet and accommodating The food SPECTACULAR again Had wonderful cocktails , the bread and dipping sauce , steak tartare and Black Truffle and Mushroom Risotto with the Panna Cotta for desert ! Love this place We’ll be back again
