Waiter was lovely and worked hard. He did have the whole floor which was a lot. The food was good, probably not incredible. The coffee, sadly was bitter. The atmosphere was great.

Came here for restaurant week, we were not given a restaurant week menu. We asked an employee about the restaurant week menu right away and he said yes we’re doing restaurant week let me go check and never came back. We couldn’t really hear our waiter but he barely spoke to us and was clearly avoiding taking orders or interacting with customers. All of our food came out about 20-30 mins apart. We had the arancini come out within 5 minutes of ordering and were waiting for the Brussels sprouts we ordered for long enough that we gave up on waiting and had the arancini, which was almost cold by that time and tasted okay. We liked the brussels sprouts. My pasta came out almost 30 minutes before my friend’s pasta, so by the time I ate mine it was cold. From the time we ordered we heard from our server once before he gave us the check. He never asked us how the food was or checked in with us about the wait. Overall, bad service and really bland food. I’ve never written a bad review about any restaurants I’ve dined at in the past, but this experience was particularly disappointing and I don’t think others should waste time and money on this place. This was my second time dining here, first time service was bad as well. For the price, there are a lot of great Italian places in the city I would go to instead.

Great food, been here multiple times now! Nice touch with a slice of Tiramisu on the house since I had mentioned it was my wife’s birthday.

The food was awesome. The drinks were great. The service is wonderful. Prices are reasonable total winner!

Not the best service.. as a matter of fact I’d say mediocre service from the moment we walked in. As the evening progressed we were astounded by how poor the service was and how it seemed to only get worse in a fairly empty restaurant there was only one other table dining and about 4-5 patrons at the bar food however was excellent We walked away thinking great food but not a place we will rush back to

Calamari and the papardelle were great. Also the Osso bucco and the gelato were delicious

It appeared they were very understaffed. Service was friendly when the team finally got to us but there were very long waits to get our order taken, for the food to come to the table, to get the check. Once the food came it was good. We were not in a rush so was not too frustrating and we were laughing about it with the next table over who were experiencing the same situation. If there is an issue just tell us.

Loved the music they were playing, but I literally had to yell to talk to my friends, and missed much of what was being said at the table. Service was friendly, but felt only mildly attentive and it seemed messages weren't communicated across staff (I'd called earlier regarding seating, was told I'd be seated at one particular table, but when I arrived, was told that information wasn't shared, so was sat at another less desirable table). Food was delicious, and right within our budget.
