Come enjoy a kiss of Latin fusion cuisine in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs. Bésame is thrilled to welcome you seven days a week, with a daily happy hour from 4:00 to 5:30 PM.
We ask that if you are running late please give us a call at 970-761-2561 as we can only hold tables for up to 10 minutes. Thank you for booking at Bésame and we look forward to serving you tonight!

                                                                              After having a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner here last year, we were surprised at how unfriendly the front of house staff was this year. We were barely even greeted at the door when checking in, menus were tossed down onto the table and bartenders clearly didn’t want to engage with us while wanting to order a drink while we waited for our table. The energy of the staff (besides food runners, they were great) was just really off and made us feel unwelcome. Perhaps because staff didn’t want to be working on the holiday? I get it, but if you don’t want to be there to make money on a holiday, then just don’t work that day or get a different job not in the service industry. Making your paying guests not feel welcome is just not OK. Side note - we also ate at Mambo and Yampa Valley during our visit to Steamboat and both were great. We had the pleasure of meeting the restaurant group owner and she was very pleasant so I don’t think our experience is a reflection on their other restaurants.

                                                                              Food was delicious! We are a family of 4 and went with our 2 young children and split several Tapas and 2 main dishes. Definitely go during happy hour for 30 % off Tapas and 50 % off drinks. Don’t skip the crispy Brussels sprouts & short beef rib tapas, and the Quesobirria Tacos are a must!

                                                                              Service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent! Now I’m sad that we haven’t been there before. It was fun having customers that had been there before making recommendations and being excited about it. Missed the Carrot Margarita but won’t do that next time. Brussels, skewers, ribs, and potatoes were all done to perfection with the right amount of Latin spiciness. Fun place that will see us again!
