Tapas originated in Andalucia, a Southern province of Spain, and are considered a fundamental way of life. These tasty small dishes are traditional Spanish dishes found in every bar, cafe, restaurant, and home. A tapa is an appetizer or snack in Spanish cuisine that can be combined to make a full meal and can be cold (such as mixed olives and cheese) or hot (such as gambas al ajillo (shrimp in garlic) or patatas bravas). We wanted to bring this culinary experience to the heart of East Greenwich creating a shareable experience, transporting our guests to Southern Spain with a variety of diverse flavors and wine pairings that will entice their tastebuds.

I’ve had a reasonably good experience here in the past, but my recent visit was very disappointing. Not being able to cook a burger to the requested temp after two attempts is inexcusable. They took the burger off the bill, but I won’t be back.

First time here. Oysters were great! All the tapas dishes we had were prepared beautifully and most importantly, delicious!! We loved everything we had. We tried the octopus, pork belly, roasted dates and tomato bread. Anastasia was our server and so very pleasant. She made us feel right at home, she made THE BEST dirty martini I have had all year. We'll be back sooner than later!

We love tapas and this place seemed like a fun place to go! Plus it’s in a very cute neighborhood. The ambiance was wonderful, however The music was quite loud and made the restaurant louder as everyone had to speak above the music. Probably my biggest critique of the restaurant. We had three of the tapas, a main plate, and a dessert. The drinks were delicious and well made. The tapas were quite good, least favorite was the octopus- just wasn’t cooked well and was chewy. The mussels were delicious. The pork belly was good, charred, tasted like bbq, but was also tough to cut into some places, not sure order that again. We had the cheese cake for dessert. It was good, but nothing to write home about. The topping was to have pineapple and mango on top, but you could hardly taste the mango bc the pineapple was so overpowering Overall good and would go again.

This was an exceptional experience from every aspect..to walking in the door to leaving in a warm inviting point of entry. The food is exceptional in being provided with unique as well as amazing taste and constructability. But the icing on the cake was the exceptional service. I can't rave enough on how Tay (bartender) oh yes what a joy in conversating with others..sharing favorites about Besos. Back to staff...A plus plus!!!! Thank you for being what is needed and desired as a consumer. See you soon

I’ve been here a few times. It’s been good but this was a few years ago. Today the food was awful and the menu didn’t have much to chose from. I will not be coming back even though the place is beautiful and the water was awesome. Not worth the money.
