Delicious and affordable afternoon tea experience in Bewleys, good selection of teas. The sandwiches and treats were all absolutely lovely and they were very happy to accommodate me as a vegetarian. My only complaint is that two of the sandwiches I had were the same out of the three. It was absolutely delicious but would have liked some variety. Would definitely recommend however!

Actually I supposed to book the afternoon tea, but I don’t know why the system in here booked for my normal lunch section and not the afternoon tea . That’s why I gave 4 star this time as we disappointed about we couldn’t have afternoon tea as the booking system mistake. But, anyway, me and my friend still stayed for lunch. We came here few times before and still feels very good for the meal , the team members they are very nice and friendly , will come back again , but I will reserve the booking via bewley’s website for afternoon tea instead .

What a shame . Put upstairs on Sunday morning . It is not a good service area. They were putting tables together and laying as we stood there! Lovely waiter but our drinks only arrived after 3 times of asking after the food - and we ordered drinks first . Food was cold . The waiter was super attentive and kind but the manager was off hand when we asked him about drinks. Greedy . We came for the Bewley’s service and were stuck in a bar area with no access to food or drinks . They were provided slowly from downstairs .

Took my wife for her birthday . The cream teas were first class and the service was very efficient and friendly. Well done to all the staff and thank you. Chris Johnson

I go to Bewley’s out of nostalgia. I remember its golden age, a posh, bustling, exotic cafe that was a huge treat to visit. Now it’s run down, the food is reheated, the seating is old and worn. My breakfast was disappointing and my scone was hard and stale. I won’t go again, prefer to remember how it used to be.

We had a fantastic waiter named Oscar who was really friendly and helpful especially as we had a baby who needed a bottle heated.

Not great for vegans - limited options. Dahl was okay but could have been warmer. Too noisy and this spoiled the ambiance. Love the Harry Clarke windows and some lovely decor but felt disappointed in our lunch.
