   Over the past decade, our monthly excursions to various restaurants have cultivated a deep appreciation for the culinary gems that stand out from the mediocre ones. Among these dining experiences, "Beyond the Sea" has emerged as our top choice, claiming the coveted first place in our dining rankings. One dish that truly impressed us was their lobster bisque, which ranks as the second-best we have encountered in ten years. This exquisite bisque is crafted with real lobster and expertly prepared, a refreshing contrast to the canned versions that many establishments often serve. Additionally, the fillet was cooked to absolute perfection, and the Chilean Seabass was equally delightful, showcasing the kitchen's skill in seafood preparation.    We really enjoyed out dining experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent along with the staff and ambience. We will definitely go back when we are in the area.
