                                                                                                                  Food was delicious. Prepared quickly and we didn’t have much of a wait. I would have preferred if the bread was fresher. We also made a note that we were celebrating an anniversary but there was no recognition until the end of the meal when our waiter said something to her effect of “ happy anniversary, they just told me” . Why ask if we are celebrating something if you do nothing to recognize it.

                                                                                                                  Greeted warmly and seated immediately (requested outdoor dining and was easily accommodated). Server Joel suggested a half portion of the Risotto with mushrooms and garlic, which turned out to be an exceptional choice. Enjoyed the Branzino Mediterraneo accompanied by roasted root vegetables, though it could have been enhanced with a Lemon-Caper Sauce as it felt slightly dry. Overall, a delightful dining experience in a stunning hotel reminiscent of an authentic Italian villa.

                                                                                                                  Walking into the restaurant reminded me of places I’ve been in Italy. The view with floor to ceiling windows was beautiful. We started with the carpaccio and if you are a truffle lover I would highly recommend. Shaved black truffles on top as well as truffle oil drizzle. I went with the beef tenderloin and truffle mash which was perfectly cooked. My guest had the chef special yellowfin tuna dish. It was very well composed and absolutely flavorful. Drinks and wine selection was excellent and the tiramisu was brought out with a lovely candle and edible sign for my birthday. I can’t wait to go back and try the pastas on the menu.
