Had a booked table for my mums 55th birthday, arrived 5 minutes early. Waited outside in the cold until the table was ready. My table was booked for 5:15 & a couple behind us were 5:30. I was seated around 5:40 and the other couple followed straight behind. Their order was taken before us & their food arrived before us. I mentioned this to a staff member and said we had a theatre show to go too & he replied “if you’re in a rush would you like to just pay now, so you can eat & go”. The food arrived cold and wrong however we were in such a rush we had to just forget about it as we would probably be waiting for another 30 mins for cold food again. The atmosphere was lovely and cosy however sadly would not be visiting again.

Great menu choice, great location, waiters were very helpful in getting me to secretly pay the bill without my friends knowing!

Food was as good as always. Service was excellent even though the restaurant was very busy - attentive and friendly without being intrusive. One thing that did disappoint was lack of Christmas decorations. A very sad Christmas tree outside was not in keeping with rest of businesses nearby.

Servers were mean for no reason. Asked where bathroom was at and they just pointed.

Whilst the prawn cocktail and cheese and biscuits were great I was disappointed with the turkey dinner. The turkey was rolled around thick pieces of stuffing and hard and dry. I found the two herb sausages very strong and the roast potatoes and parsnips (which I think were boiled) very light and unappetising. A shame really as I've always enjoyed dining at Bills restaurants.

My daughter & I had a great Sunday lunch here with efficient & warm service. Always busy! We’de definitely come back.

We were a group of 8 and we had the early bird Christmas special. Pedro and his staff were brilliant. I had to amend the booking twice before the actual day (including guest numbers & pre ordered menu choices) and Pedro’s response times and communication were impressive. On the day, Pedro was so attentive, on the ball, efficient, polite, patient & generally a pleasure. Cannot commend Pedro enough.
