   Our server Lola was wonderful. Food was flavorful and delicious. Personalized birthday card on the table prior to us being seated added a special touch. We will definitely be back.

   Food was absolutely delicious - incredible, fresh flavors! Great ambiance plus, we did counter seating so entertaining to see the kitchen in action. This continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in Milwaukee!

   As usual, we had an amazing experience at Birch. My wife and I sat at the Chef’s Counter and had the tasting menu. The food was all incredible, and Chef Zach and Chef Issac (who recently joined the team) took great care of us. It’s a true pleasure to be able to watch the entire team work with such precision and turn-out some of the best food in Milwaukee.

   We had an extraordinary meal at Birch. The food was delicious. The service was outstanding. We felt cared for and spoiled. We cannot recommend Birch too much. Go eat there. You will be delighted.

   Despite arriving after hours, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, keeping the restaurant open to serve me. They thoughtfully inquired about dietary restrictions, offered beverages, and provided customized menus. The team went above and beyond—allowing me to take food to go and handling the situation with warmth and professionalism. The chef even took the time to explain proper storage and reheating instructions, ensuring my meal would be just as enjoyable later. Their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail made a lasting impression.

   Walleye so amazing, lamb rib appetizer is the bomb. Apple cider basted pork chop delicious. This was a great meal.

    Excellent meal, the lamb ribs were amazing, the pasta was sublime and the dessert was to die for. Best meal I’ve had in a long while
