My wife and I have always wanted to visit Birch. We decided to have an impromptu date night! The atmosphere/decor was amazing. The food, absolutely excellent, but... there is a but. When we arrived early we decided to sit at the bar, my wife went to the restroom; the bartenders hadn't taken my order until she got back. Then she ordered and unbeknownst to us, her drink sat at the end of the bar for 10 min before anyone noticed. Could have been an off night for them so we'll come back but have to say that as the initial experience was off putting, especially since the bar wasn't busy.

Birch is a gastronomical delight! An over all exceptional experience in tasting perfection, from one bite to another. With the only exception being that each course needed an encore bite, as each was so amazing that you were left wanting more. Our party cannot wait to return for another culinary delight once again, at Birch. We appreciated every moment of this experience with the entire staff giving us guidance and commentary about our selections and experiences. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to experience food in a unique way, and vegetables the way kids should be taught to enjoy them! Absolutely, amazing!

The pork and spaetzle was great. We had the beef carpaccio, fennel salad, and crab dip. The desserts were excellent as well. We had a great server and enjoyed the ambience. I highly recommend Birch and will definitely be returning.

Made a reservation and we didn’t know that it was the French Bistro pop up night. Wow! What an amazing experience from the service (thank you Lola) to the drinks and ultimately the food. Outstanding experience!

We started at the bar, ordered a couple cocktails, and split the Birch Burger as an appetizer. After that we sat at the Chef’s Counter and had dinner. We had the Shaved Fennel, Duck Fazzoletti, and the Contramar-Inspired Fish. Everything was delicious — we’ll be back

The food we ordered was interesting and quite tasty. We were especially impressed with the cabbage and raclette offering!

Every aspect of dining at Birch is handled with care and attention. The servers and runners give time and respect to each table without seeming rushed or stressed. The chefs maintain professionalism in a high paced environment and put out some of the most incredible food I've ever had. Any time a visitor comes to town, I make sure to bring them to Birch as it is a Can't Miss. Extra special shout out to the General Manager Jeff, who curates a truly unique, special experience for anyone who walks through the door. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
