Just off the Las Vegas Strip, step inside the intimate and seductive modern Italian steakhouse, Bistecca. The newly renovated fine dining room showcases an all-new menu featuring high-quality prime-grade steak options, luxurious furniture, original artwork, and a more intimate and seductive vibe. The menu features a selection of signature Italian classics and pasta, seafood, and a variety of prime-grade USDA steak cuts including Scotch Filet, Butchers Cut, domestic Wagyu Tomahawk, Bone-In and Boneless Ribeye, NY Strip, 36oz Porterhouse and Filet Mignon. Indulge in one of our scratch-made desserts and a bottle of wine from our ‘Wine Spectator’ award-winning wine list. We also have signature cocktails, mocktails, or a full bar for a custom beverage option. Gluten-free and Vegetarian options are available.

The dress code is resort casual, with no open-toe footwear, hats, tank tops, or athletic jerseys, or swimwear. Outdoor patio seating is available, weather permitting. Free parking.

                The service was very slow. We placed our drink order and good order at the same time. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our drinks. The food came out shortly thereafter. I had the butternut squash ravioli and it was good. My husband had the filet mignon. He ordered the peppercorn sauce, but it was not served with the steak. Fortunately we were not charged for it. He said half of the steak was tender and the other half was dry. It was expensive, but so is every other restaurant in Vegas now. The days of eating well at a reasonable cost are gone. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

                It was a very busy Valentine's Day and seating for eeservations were delayed by more than 30 minutes. The food was good and the ambience was really nice.

                We went on Valentine's Day with a reservation. The food was good, not outstanding. I expected a steak special for Valentine's Day but instead it was fish and a squash special. Not what I was expecting. The meals we ordered were good.

                Ample portions of delicious food. The meatballs are delicious, the steak choices are excellent, wine list extensive. Hands down, the highlight is the staff. While we've eaten there before we're neither local nor regulars yet we were made to feel completely at home.

                We had dinner before the seeing the Rat Pack show. Food and service were very good. Eggplant Parmigiana was a bit too cheesy. Steak and Chicken Marsala were both very good. Was a very enjoyable evening.

                Once again, Bistecca has proved its value. The food was excellent as was the wine and the servers, Kevin and Leah, who we were lucky enough to serve us on the last two visits, were outstanding! I only visit every other month but we have made Biscetta, formerly the Tuscany Gardens, an evening to look forward to.

                From the host, to the server, everyone treated us like they wanted us there and not like it was their job. Steaks were cooked perfectly, staff checked on us consistently, and food tasted great. Overall, great experience and we will definitely return to try other items on the menu.

                Definitely a hidden gem! Away from the strip the restaurant exceeded my expectations! Service was excellent and engaging with a not hurried atmosphere. Drinks and food served quickly but not rushed. Best blackberry ole fashion I’ve had in a while. Caesar’s salad was fresh crisp lettuce and good dressing Definitely worth going back a second time.
