Welcome to our bistro, where we strive to provide an incomparable dining experience, using the freshest, locally grown, seasonal ingredients. It is of the utmost importance that every guest has an enjoyable experience while dining with us, from food quality to great service in a casual yet elegant space with smartly affordable prices.                                                       This was our first visit to Bistro 19 in years. No special reason for the absence. We had a pleasant and efficient server who made our visit a pleasant one. We tried various starters and entrees. Everything was very good including my French onion soup and short rib tortellini. The house bread was especially good. The service dragged slightly but it was not a problem.

                                                      The sausage gravy and biscuit was very dry. Additional gravy brought out and charge removed from the bill. Service fabulous, drinks great as well as the other entree ordered (smash burger) and the dessert.

                                                      Wonderful dinner with excellent service. The mediterranean platter was a large delicious appetizer with a diversity of tastes and textures. Pork tenderloin was superb. Tortellini with short rib was unexpected surprise! Homemade chocolate cake was delicious. Greg, the owner, was very gracious checking on us.
