                                                                                      Our waiter was amazing and the food was delicious. However our seating was awful. We were literally wedged in a doorway with exceedingly high traffic. Behind us was a table of 16, there were 7 kids running back and forth tipping over the purse stand and making our holiday celebration less than enjoyable. Staff should feel comfortable asking guests to either have their children sit or leave. Tough to justify paying $75 for a polenta dish while sitting in a doorway surrounded by unruly children. I left mentally exhausted.

                                                                                      This restaurant is for local regulars. If you don’t come to brunch looking like you have money, don’t expect to be sat at a good table. We made reservations to celebrate an occasion, they sat us at the worst spot, when tables much better placed were available, and stayed available. The manager was clearly unaware that we would be spending a lot, yet judged my daughter’s casual attire and sat us according to his assumed class bias. She was dressed casual, and simple. This shouldn’t impact our celebration experience. I’d not go again, but I’m sure they’d not miss our $200 spend.

                                                                                      I absolutely love bistro 31 especially during the holidays. This is an annual lunch for me and my dear girlfriends...they always make it special. Food is always perfect. Service is spot on. Thanks for always taking care of us.

                                                                                      Great experience! We had a very large party for a birthday brunch celebration. We moved the reservation to 2 PM because the hostess indicated that they would be able to accommodate a larger party for brunch at that time. It did take some time to get settled in and for everyone to arrive, but there was no notice that the kitchen was switching from brunch and we had missed the 2:30pm window. The manager and waiter were gracious enough to extend brunch for our party to place our orders. It became quite confusing for the waiter to divide the checks but we worked it out in the end.
