                                                                                      The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend this restaurant.

                                                                                      We love the food at Bistro. It’s always the finest and most delicious! We also love the menu options. We felt in Europe when we dined there today.

                                                                                      Lovely place and great service! Nice for lunch. Food was pretty good, not Pacific Table good but good for a visit. First fine dining place I've been where potato was part of the veg medley. Sea Bass was cooked perfectly as was the Branzino. Only complaint was the Lobster Bisque. Too thick and over on the tomato flavor, tasted more like tomato soup. Had to hunt for the 3 small morsels of lobster. I fine dine a lot and this was the worst I've ever had. Dessert, flourless cake and panna cotta- spectacular!

                                                                                      I love Bistro and it was my first time back dining there in a while. i was craving a good meal to start off the new year. I usually like to get the lobster ravioli but it was not on the menu at the time so I ordered the streak frites. I requested my steak cooked medium and the first time it was brought out it was well done. I alerted the waiter (who was very nice) and he had it remade for me. The second time the steak arrived the manager came over and wanted to make sure I was happy with the temperature, again the steak was cooked almost well done. At this time my friends were almost finished with their food so I just decided to change my order completely and get the spicy rigatoni (surely they couldn’t mess that up.) My pasta arrive shortly after but by the time I got it I was no longer hungry. This is not my typical experience with Bistro so it was kind of disappointing since I was anticipating a great meal. I hope I’ll have better luck next time!

                                                                                      Bistro 31 is always the best in every way. The food, service and atmosphere is impeccable. We live 45 minutes away and it is always worth the drive. One of Dallas’s best gems.
