                                                                                      Really enjoyed everything and had a great experience. Busy restaurant, so can be hard to hear sometimes, but the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable. The service is excellent, a little chaotic at times, but we attended on a holiday. We will definitely be back!!!

                                                                                      Service did not match the price point of the food. Booked it for an anniversary, it would have been nice to include a congratulatory note, a small dessert, or extra effort from the staff. I know they didn’t promise anything however it would have been nice. I don’t think that is unreasonable, the restaurant Sachet, at a similar price point and clientele does this. So if you want a special night out go there.

                                                                                      Food is always good at Bistro 31. But it was quite disappointing when a small piece of cake was served at most of the tables around but not to ours to celebrate my friend Nancy’s birthday.

                                                                                      This beautiful restaurant serves very good food. My evening however was soured by our waiter who was condescending, rude and pompous. His comments and behavior certainly do not make the service industry a good fit for him. I will not dine at this restaurant again.

                                                                                      As always, Bistro 31 was fabulous. The food and personal service is unmatched. My favorite “go to” place. Michael, the manager, is amazing.
