   Lemon ricotta pancakes were delicious! Everyone in our party ordered scrambled eggs—some loved them, some were put off by them. They were super creamy and rich. If you are hoping for something a bit lighter, maybe opt for an over medium egg. The real selling point is the ambiance of Bistro 31 and HPV. On a nice day, the patio is perfect.

   Disappointed that our waiter was also the Bartender & was busy & didn’t give us the attention we are use to when dining at this restaurant. Though he was nice it wasn’t what we have experienced on previous trips. Food was good but I was hoping for Halibut which they didn’t have so had Sea Bass was my choice & it was ok.

   The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend this restaurant.
