   Food and service is amazing. Favourite item is the fried chicken crunch burger. Potstickers are very tasty.

   First time and last, which is too bad as the food was good and because of all the good reviews we saw which is why we went. Only two other people in the restaurant when we got there. After ordering, a few others came in. We waited and waited for food. I could see my husbands burger in the kitchen on the warming shelf from where we sat. Over 20 min sitting there so we asked when food would be out, told shortly as waiting for the $50 steak (didn’t have the $30 one we saw on the online menu). Advised waitress if that was our burger, then we didn’t want it. It was of course so they redid the burger. As noted, we could see the kitchen from where we sat, husband looked a few times since getting impatient, saw the waitress take a French fry off a plate and eat it, as well as lifted up the burger bun, seriously…Waitresses should NOT be touching people’s food. Another couple who came in after us, ordered, ate and left before we even received our food. Son’s steak was overcooked, well done when should have been medium. Did not want to wait another 40 min for food..If you charge a Keg price steak, it should be cooked perfectly… Manager came by and we told her we were very disappointed, she didn’t charge us, so at least she tried to make it right. A lot of waitresses working but talking in the bar area. Really need to address the service here.

   Our first time dining there and won’t be our last. A lot of menu choices. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. Service was excellent. Highly recommend!

   What can I say? Bistro 330 was awesome from the bruschetta appetizer to the French onion soup for starters. The dinners were outstanding but I have to say I have never had mashed potatoes this good ever! Especially from a restaurant! To top it off the service was fast and frequent. I know to some people this review might seem over the top but it was this good. I rarely leave a 20% tip but this was well deserved! We will be definitely be back!

   We made a reservation for 7 for our young family for lunch on a Friday shortly after they opened, so it wasn’t busy. We were actually 8 ppl, but the baby didn’t need a seat and was content at the restaurant. The service was quick and friendly. We ordered 4 appetizers to share and then our meals and a few coffees and hot chocolates. The mussels (appetizer menu) were the absolute best we have ever tasted (and my husband is from Florida so he has tasted a lot of fresh seafood in his life to compare)!! All of us except baby really enjoyed them (baby isn’t eating solid food yet), and we enjoyed all the appetizers!! Most of the meals were absolutely amazing! The sirloin steak was perfect at “medium well” and was melt-in-your-mouth buttery. I shared pieces with each person in my family so they could share in the taste experience. Nothing average here.

    We have eaten here several times. I had the salmon tonight, delicious. Good portions. The menu has good variety. More choices of desserts would be welcome. Our server was wonderful, sorry I have forgotten her name.
