Overall excellent albeit pricey . Waiter was outstanding , good pacing between courses/. Only thing that is annoying is seeing men wearing baseball caps in such a nice place- ruins the ambience.

We had a wonderful experience at the Bistro. The service was fantastic and very attentive. We had Caesar salads to start then the chef special 32oz tomahawk steak with asparagus and lobster Mac & cheese. The food was delicious.

The food and the staff were amazing. Brie our waitress was so knowledgeable, warm, professional and so friendly. The restaurant was another level of luxury and comfort. 5 stars plus.

Our first stay at Edgewood so we wanted to experience the resort’s cuisine. We were fortunate to have Nancy serve us. She made excellent recommendations. We started with the burrata which was very good. I had the winter harvest salad with salmon. I ordered the salmon medium but it was overcooked and dry. The rest of the salad was delicious. My husband ordered the NY strip was he said was very good. I do want to mention that it was very loud. There were several large family gatherings. Nancy noticed the distraction and made every effort the close the dividers to help but it didn’t make a difference. Overall we enjoyed the evening but I’m not sure we will return.

One of the best restaurants within 150 miles of Reno. Incredible food. Braised lamb shank was amazing
