Here is the background on the makeup of our Restaurant.The Bistro was born in September of 2002. Owned and operated by Declan Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe. Roly’s in Dublin was voted Restaurant of the year for 2010, also voted Chef of the year. Our team of Chef’s has won numerous competitions, and awards representing restaurant & country for their creative and inventive food. We love what we do! Just remember!

    Food was very good. Waiter disappeared for quite some time and we needed to summon him back, but it was fine after that. He did seem very disappointed when we turned down dessert! 🤣. When I got my leftovers home, they had literally been dumped upside down from plate to box, which was surprising! Not our first time dining, and it’s always good, so would not hesitate to recommend.

    What a wonderful restaurant!! The food was delicious. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant.

    It was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. The restaurant was beautiful, the service was wonderful, and the food was delicious. My wife and I had the Beef Wellington and our friend had the Dover Sole. Both were excellent. The menu has lots of great choices and the wine list is extensive. It really was an enjoyable dinner. We will definitely dine here again.

    Our waiter Vinnie took excellent care of us. Our cocktails, appetizers and main dishes were delicious. This is our second time dining here and we will definitely be back again

    Great experience. Fantastic waiter who was very professional but friendly and charming. Food was delicious . One of our favourite restaurants ever!

    Our server was the best part of the evening. Very attentive. The kitchen “lost” our order despite arriving @5:30. They apologized and send a nice app, and gave each of us 2 beef Wellingtons that were mediocre. An overall disappointment, though our server was 5 stars. Too many great restaurants close by. Doubt we’ll return.🤔

    We had liver and onions, which is usually superb. The meat was tough insinuate, and very disappointing.
