   Unique menu with Latin Flair. Our Friday night dining included a live Latin/American band that was not too loud as to disrupt conversation. Nicely appointed dining room with modern amenities such as Ipad descriptions of wines and menu items. Overall very nice.

   Thank you for a great valentines! Dave was really nice, funny and attentive! The food was delicious and music was very relaxing.

   Good service, flavor of food was a little disappointed with quality, temperature of items. Some of them are dry, not seasoned well

   Made reservation through open table, which is where the Monarch website sends you. Then when my wife and I went to go to dinner the restaurant was closed. By this point all the tables at the steakhouse were taken so our options were24/7 where we went to lunch or the buffet. Poor execution on Monarchs part.

    The food was incredible and our server was very helpful. The table of 15 people next to us celebrating a birthday were louder than the band, and it ruined the atmosphere. The band was amazing, when we could hear them. Towards the end of the meal our server became less attentive, but I think that was due to large parties she was responsible for being sat at the same time as we were wrapping up.
