Made reservation through open table, which is where the Monarch website sends you. Then when my wife and I went to go to dinner the restaurant was closed. By this point all the tables at the steakhouse were taken so our options were24/7 where we went to lunch or the buffet. Poor execution on Monarchs part.

The food was incredible and our server was very helpful. The table of 15 people next to us celebrating a birthday were louder than the band, and it ruined the atmosphere. The band was amazing, when we could hear them. Towards the end of the meal our server became less attentive, but I think that was due to large parties she was responsible for being sat at the same time as we were wrapping up.

Wednesday all-day happy hour is great, otherwise I thought it was terribly overpriced. There is also a communication issue with the hostess not successfully informing servers when a table has been sat in their section. This was my first experience, and I was underwhelmed. Reluctant to return.
